Would having Internet be easier if say I had a spare modem kicking around? I bought it when I had Shaw in my old place, but it's been off for the past few years. We wouldn't have to worry about modem rental at that point. I've never played Steam based games without the Internet, so how would we go a...

Terry, I think ratton's comment was meant to be sarcastic. More likely it was referring to the lack of parking in the downtown core.

I'm pretty much with Dan when it comes to the no speakers rule. You'll have to enforce that one on Cirno and ProdiG if they do come again.

If we are having going to have another merger LAN, I can contribute more network gear if need be. I once again have access to two more Linksys SR2024 switches and two Linksys RV082 routers which support load balancing.

Not all areas of Edmonton have been updated to DOCSIS 3. I did an address check last night and my condo is not in that service area. Nitro 100 has been out for a while yes, but mostly in Saskatchewan.

If you are referring to "signal attenuators" that attach to the coax on the back of the modem, I may have one kicking around. I usually get rid of them as they have no effect.
