Need to upgrade my POS Vid Card

Post by Latency »

So I've not touched the insides of my PC for over 4 years! Still have a Geforce 560 Ti and it's been surprisingly good..... up until now. Anyone have something used that will give me a nice upgrade in performance?

Thanks Alpha. Too much money for how much I play games though. Right now I'm bartering with a guy on kijiiji for a GTX 670 OC. Looks to be double the performance of my 560 Ti when looking at benchmarks. For $100, I'm likely going this route.

You might be screwed for that. All the DX12 video cards are 400+ unless you go for underclocked/budget cards (about 350). Or a used card, but the seller would have to be pretty unaware of the video card market or have a half broken card to sell for less than 350. http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technol ... orted-gpus

Shit. I didn't see the page indicator on the bottom. I only saw up to the 700 series being compatible. I have a 590 I would be willing to sell for $150. It's a dual core video card.

Ok!
Fine...
It is more than I wanted to spend.
But cannot deny the performance of this 590, over any card going for $100.

:)
When you wanna do this?
