Gotta say, I've tried over 50 halls (not kidding) and of them 2 were willing to let us stay overnight to LAN, one I had to appear in front of a committee to do it. Not to mention, they usually charge ~300/day, how did yo manage to get one overnight for free?

ill admit, it wont be the fanciest hall, but it IS nice.
they lent it out last year when i organized a gaming party like this but with xbox 360's.
ill probably only get it for one day (and night obviously)

their only rules are to clean up, leave the place the way u found it and be out at 9:00 am.

i found a few more poeple to come from my school.

ill try and hold it in about a month when high school exams are over.

i think it's like 35 feet by 35 feet i cant remember much about it, but it's great for stuff like this!!

I don't want to be overly pessimistic but being out of a hall by 9am (involving cleaning up after how ever many people attend and tearing down the network) doesn't sound very feasible or rewarding if this is only going to last one night.

Would this hall have table for such an event? what kind of power output is this place going to be able to supply? As well, when would you find out if this hall would still be offered to you free of charge or if those interested in attending will have to put up some money to reserve the hall.

Probably investing too much time in a trap but oh well, lets cut the BS up front.

Also may as well ask how you are planning to get network equipment, since we are asking about power and such. Generally, there are at least two outlets on a single circuit, and you can have (3 preferred) 4 computers on a circuit max, how does a 35x35 room have that much?

Well something sounds fishy already. Most people can easily provide information about the location that they plan to have an event. I also emailed you the other day, and you haven't returned any emails. :?:

The avatar

The Avatar is indeed cropped from a larger image. It was taken from a picture found on something awful's forum post where posters found the weirdest/worst/funniest cartoon porn they could possibly find. The rest of the image reveals Hank fucking a teary-eyed Connie in the ass with the goofiest face ever. I believe Hank's caption was something along the lines of, "UUUaaaaHHhH I'm going to CUM!" and there is also a malicious drawing of Bobby looking on from afar.

FAKE EDIT:

Found it.
