One more thing guys, for this hall we have to pay upfront ($300 for the hall and $500 damage deposit).

We can probably get scrounge enough for the damage deposit, can anyone chip in for the rental? You'll be the first one paid out...

Ok guys there is a group in the Hall until noon.

So setup will commence at 12:30 if you can stop by to help out. LAN 'officially' starts at 7, you can show up any time before that, but if setup isn't done then you have to help ;)
