You drop by the birthday party for an hour, eat half the cake, and than come back to the LAN. A nice sugar boost when you come back to gaming.
Sounds like a good plan. The execution of said plan will be difficult.
Don't you live like 4 hours out of town? Sleep and go in early Sunday. Saturday nights are ok but most of the time people start watching a movie and go to bed before you'd end up getting back.

I live about an hour away from the hall. I'm out of town but not far out of town.

I will be attending (frag electrician);

First time, some friends may be joining but not sure yet;

Do we register seating?
How do I pay?

Thank you, looking forward to it.

Seating is first-come-first-serve.

You pay at the event :)

See you there!

Almost time!

Who has the GL gear? I think we need the extension cords and if possible the tables... going to be a big event.

What are the amenities, food and microwaves?

What is the construction of the flooring material, carpet or other?

Thank you.

I believe there is a microwave in the kitchen, as well as two fridges.

Surrounding amenities including stripmalls that have Walmart, Quiznoes, Tim hortons, KFC, A&W, Mcdonalds, and more.

Flooring is solid concrete, with nice layer of paint/lacquer covering it.

Me too, headed down to Calgary to finish our office move @ work and setup the router. I wanted to come with no kids or wife around, but I don't think I can. besides with no Dolphin to curse at in UT(I clearly recall you whupping my ass ages ago), it'd be no fun!:) If I can stop by before I head out, I will try to. What time are people setting up Friday?
