I assume you sell out each year.
Do you know by how much though? after it is sold out, do you have something in place to track how many potentially wanted to attend the event? esitmate the size of venue required for the next time? (No this is not a sales pitch for a product or service to do that! )

We have not sold to capacity in some time...we have had space for up to 1400 in the past, with network gear for 1000. We generally get between 700-800 people.

is the amount of registered and paid about right for this time?

Well, considering we have not announced the tournaments, and have not announced the fact that seating is live, we are doing OK in numbers. Generally speaking, about 200-250 people never register until they show up at the event.
