i set up the lan area, I think I am one station short if indeed 16 people show up, does anyone in the list have one of those fold up desks from candadian tire. If just might go buy 1 or 2 of my own fold up tables if need be, but if I dont need too, that would be nice too

I have a folding table like the lan tables .... and I have a smaller table (poker table) but I would only trust your LCD, mouse, keyboard on it and not the tower.
