No tent trailer/campers will be "permitted". I think if you come in a truck with a camper on the back, there is not much they can do...but they have told us no camping in the parking lot. That is why we have Tent City back inside this year!

As long as your tent does not require punching holes through the floor, isn't HUGE (1 or 2 person is as big as we would like to see) by all means. We will have an area set aside for Tent City - just like in the Hangar days!

the 2 obvious choices to me are bottom right or bottom left

Looks like there are only seats for 500. I'll assume that it is a rough outline and every seat will actually be plotted out when we can actually choose seats ^_^

Each little rectangle will hold 2 people, so there are spots for 800 on this map. We have room allocated for overflow if we need it.

That is the way the tables usually worked out, for two people being at one table. Makes sense.
