Bassically, I'm being kicked out of my house and have a 42U rack full of servers that really need a home. 3 HP proliant DL380 G5's, dual socket 771, 2 with dual xeon dual core at 3ghz, 1 with a pair of 3,6ghz quad cores, all have 16GB ram, no rack railes tho, and brand new PSU's. 1 HP proliant DL385...

I've now killed 3 Nice routers and I'm on my second switch. Network traffic is insane. (don't ask me why I have really strange enterprise use case)

Coming into a LAN with expectations and nostalgia is what kills it, the LANS we look back to we didn't have LAN's to look back to from. That's all IMO. They're just as fun now, everyone's just got more going on in their lives, and I'm sure people who are as young as we were when we went to our firs...
