I'm going to book the next one off and make sure I have no other plans or deathly illnesses. Next time I'll make sure to plan things out better and maybe bring a modem linked to my own account for the weekend.

We just switched to a docsis 3 modem this afternoon. We are on the 50/5 package now. Sounds good then... Hopefully it is enough! If not just reply here and I'll get it upped. As for the account we can deal with that on Monday but I don't see any issues suspending it until it's needed next time :) H...
