Well, I am sorry that it happened. What did the staff say/do when they were told? I was probably still new on the staff at that time as I wasn't aware that this even happened...
If there is one thing to be said for a smaller event, it is that there are less douche-bags who are only there to win the "big money". Most of the people who go now are there for the fun factor, not the "competition".
Also...having the event in a smaller family oriented facility helps promote the "don't drink like a douche" mentality. Seriously, if you can't go 4 days without getting shitfaced, seek some help. Having a couple beers with your buddies is one thing, but there is simply no need for getting hammered.

I hope the actions of a few idiots isn't enough to keep people away forever. We really do have a good time and it is a lot of fun.
