Keep your eye on the edm.forsale newsgroups pete, I see them on there quite frequently, and usually at a very reasonable $100-$150 price range. New is $300+Tax.

Whats the difference between XBX and XBX2?

From what I can tell, the only difference is that the Badaxe 2 supports DDR2 800 and the XBX only supports 667. Everything that I see looks exactly the same. Same southbridge, same PCI slots, same number of Gigabit ports, etc.

XBX has native support for 800MHz DDR2

XBX2 has a new clockgen, a power-on button soldered to the board like DFI's and a host of other new bios options.

I don't know all the differences, but as I play with chads, I'll let you know what else I notice.
