I have 2 people already volunteered to set up during the day. That is - Network/tables/power, decorations were Joe's thing last year..
When I get home I can make a list in the main page of everyone who has signed up. The guy at the hall called me yesterday to confirm we were having the event.
Are we using the GL gear again? I think you guys have more/better stuff to handle the power... I will be dropping my stuff off Thursday night so whoever is there on Friday (I have school for a bit) can get to work.

so to be clear, we are all on the same page, this is oct 29 to 31 correct

Latency make sure you are there incase I decide to pop into town to be a nuicance at the LAN

DragonFire, last time I think you guys figured out the power, want to take charge of that again?
Are the Calgary GLers coming with the Shaw modems? Currently we have a 15mb single modem business connection at the hall.
