March Monkey Banana Raffle LAN
Well, it was running real crappy like 8 - 15 frames, then I finally noticed that my driver was a beta and not a WHQL, so I loaded up the right one, and now Supreme Commander is getting @40 - 45 frames but I have to play it on low 1024 - 768 with no shadows, no antialiasing, and everything on low. At this setting on the demo, the game really looked sucky, but I went out and bought it and they did 2 patches, and it looks much better now. So, I am satisfied for now, Trythis1 and I had a good online game for about 5 hours and yes at one point during a huge battle I dropped to about 5 frames. Other than that the game is very playable. I am enjoying it immensely, finally a good RTS to come out of the woodwork.JohnyRico wrote:I was speaking with Scetr... and he mentions that this Supreme Commander really pushes his system, how are you finding the game, and what are you running it on?
I fear my outdated system will croak on this game.
My system, AMD 3800+, 2 GB Ram, 2 x 6600 in SLI (but it won't help you in this game), 10K Raptor. I'll bring it to the Last Minute LAN. It fits my schedule better than this one, sorry Ratton.
