vect0r is wrong. lanageddon is sweet! I mean, mabye not if u sit there the whole time playing wow and then someone steals your wow id or some sht when you step away for a bit.
Lans are what you make of them, lana has 200+ people so there is lots to make of it.
get to know your neighbors and stuff, staring at the screen saying this is boring isn't going to make a lan more exciting.

No, Lanageddon was shit.
They used a network protocol that made it very hard for anyone to share files, unless you walked around to each person, asked what they had then they gave you their ip. It was very unorganized last year aswell..
I've gone to Lanageddon every year for the last 3 years, and it gets worse and worse every year.
Not to mention they disabled my network connection after I did a share scan, and threatened to kick me out. So after they threatened to kick me out, I packed up shit and left.

I goto lans for TWO fucking reasons:
File Sharing
Unreal Tournament.
Lanageddon had fuck all of either of that last year.

wait, they got mad after u did a share scan, ok how did they know u did one, they dont do file sharing there. mmm thats 70% why i do to a lan.
so is any one doing, if there is people doing to this, i will make the drive 2.
atless they some GL people there, we can do a unreal turment there
