Basically, here is the UPS thing:

You can bring your fully charged UPS and use it. If your row has issues with power, rather than a long drawn out discussion, we will simply ask you to discontinue using it. We have so many problems, and 99% of them are because people don't follow the rules.

Dolphin, your test was a good indication of how a Line conditioning UPS works. Until such a time as we see the effects of the cheaper style, we still need to implement this policy.

Just a note, Fittysix and I (and I'm guessing touque) are going to the Simpsons movie on Friday. No real set time, as you can't really schedule any outting at Fraga very well, but we're aiming at early afternoon to beat the crowds.

"We will be doing pre-event registration on Wednesday 25th. It will be for anyone who has already paid for registration. However this year Nvidia has asked us to pre-register anyone paid or not paid if they are a ClubSLI member. Here is the info:

If you're a ClubSLI member, you can register early on Wednesday and avoid the crush on Thursday!

NVIDIA has arranged for early registration for ClubSLI members between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25th ONLY."

So... I assume wed between 4 and 8pm.
